May 20, 12:00-1:00 PM, 2025: Home Food Preservation: How to do it, and Why it Matters.  This is a free, virtual talk that I will be doing for the Food and Health Expert professional interest section of the Internation Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). You must be an IACP member to attend this talk.  But, if you want to hear my talk, and get to enjoy other membership benefits of IACP, you might consider joining...it’s a great organization!
